- 1Open the official JKHB website: jkhb.jk.gov.in. Type the address yourself; don't use links from messages.
- 2Find the results / winners list section for your scheme and board.
- 3Results are usually PDFs split by scheme and income category. Search the PDF (Ctrl+F) for your application number or name.
- 4Check the waiting list too. Waiting-list applicants get a home if a winner is rejected or surrenders.
- 5Not selected? Your EMD / deposit is refunded to the bank account you gave, within the time stated in the brochure.

Almost certainly a scam. Check the winner list on the official website yourself, and pay only through the official portal. Report fraud at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930.
What happens after I win?+
Document verification, then an offer or allotment letter with a payment schedule. Arrange your home loan early, because payment deadlines are short.
