🪜 How to apply, step by step

  1. 1Register on the DDA online housing portal and pay the registration fee if the scheme has one.
  2. 2Pick a flat from the live inventory (FCFS) or place a bid (e-auction) within the scheme window.
  3. 3Pay the booking amount / EMD online.
  4. 4Receive the demand-cum-allotment letter and pay the balance on time to avoid interest or cancellation.

💡 Tips

  • FCFS inventory goes fast when a scheme opens. Keep documents and funds ready beforehand.
  • Check the flat's floor, locality and condition. Some older inventory needs repairs.
