YojanaHelper started with a simple frustration: government housing schemes are among the best ways for ordinary families to own a home, but the information is spread across dozens of websites, long PDF brochures and confusing jargon. Many eligible people miss deadlines or get rejected over small document mistakes.

What we do

• Explain each housing board's and development authority's process in plain language.
• Check official portals daily and list newly published scheme notices, always linking back to the official source.
• Offer free tools such as an eligibility checker and a home loan EMI calculator.
• Publish practical guides on documents, income groups, home loans and avoiding scams.

What we don't do

• We are not a government website and are not affiliated with any government body.
• We never take applications, fees or payments for any scheme, and we cannot influence any lottery or allotment.
• We never ask for OTPs, passwords or Aadhaar copies.

How we are funded

The site is free to use and is supported by advertising (Google AdSense). Ads are clearly labelled as "Advertisement" and don't affect what we write.
