🪜 How to apply, step by step

  1. 1Download the e-auction notice and property list from the official website.
  2. 2Register as a bidder on the e-auction portal named in the notice (a DSC may be required).
  3. 3Pay the EMD for each property you want to bid on before the cut-off.
  4. 4Bid during the live auction window. The highest valid bid above the reserve price wins.
  5. 5Pay the notified percentage quickly after winning, then the balance per schedule. Losing bidders' EMDs are refunded.
