✔ Who can apply

• ●Indian citizens aged 18 or above, usually one application per family per scheme.
• ●Residency: Schemes are generally open to applicants from any state.

📄 Documents to keep ready

• ☐PAN card of applicant (and spouse, if married)
• ☐Aadhaar for e-KYC on the portal (do not share copies with agents)
• ☐Income proof for the financial year asked in the brochure (ITR / Form 16 / income certificate)
• ☐Recent passport-size photograph and signature scan
• ☐Active mobile number and email ID
• ☐Bank account details for the EMD / registration-money refund
• ☐Caste / category certificate for reserved quotas (SC, ST, OBC, PwD, ex-servicemen, etc.)
• ☐Digital signature certificate (DSC), if the e-auction portal asks for one

🪜 How to apply, step by step

1. 1Watch the official website for the lottery advertisement and download the brochure / booklet.
2. 2Register on the official portal, complete e-KYC and upload documents before the deadline.
3. 3Choose the scheme(s) in your income category and pay the earnest money deposit (EMD) plus the application fee online.
4. 4Check the provisional list of accepted applications and file an objection in time if you are wrongly rejected.
5. 5Watch the computerised draw. Results and waiting lists are published on the official site.
6. 6Winners receive an allotment / offer letter and pay per the schedule. Everyone else gets their EMD refunded.

💡 Tips

• Keep enough liquid money for the EMD / registration money, which stays locked until the draw or auction ends.
• Check roads, water, power and the realistic possession date for the location before paying.
