👤 Who can apply

  • Artisans and craftspeople working with hands and tools in one of 18 trades, such as carpenter, blacksmith, goldsmith, potter, cobbler, mason, barber, tailor, washerman and basket maker.
  • Age 18 or above; one member per family.
  • Not a government employee or their family member.

  • Aadhaar (linked with mobile)
  • Bank account
  • Ration card (for family details)

  • Register at a Common Service Centre (CSC) with Aadhaar-based verification.
  • Your application is verified by the gram panchayat / urban body, then at district and state level.
  • After approval, get your certificate and join the training; the toolkit and loan follow.
