- Girls born in Madhya Pradesh to parents who live in the state.
- Parents do not pay income tax.
- Up to two children per family; conditions such as family planning after the second child apply.

- Apply through the Anganwadi centre, a Lok Seva Kendra or ladlilaxmi.mp.gov.in.
- After approval you get a Ladli Laxmi certificate.
- Keep Samagra e-KYC done; stage payments come when the school or college records her admission.
